  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment via authorized payment gateways.

D. Orders and Cancellations

  • We may reject or cancel orders if:
    • The product is out of stock.
    • The price or description was incorrect.
    • We suspect fraudulent activity.
  • If we cancel after payment, we will issue a full refund.

E. Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only.
  • Risk of damage/loss passes to you when the courier receives the goods.
  • We are not liable for courier delays, transit damage, or missed deliveries.

F. Returns & Refunds

  • Accepted only if the product is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect.
  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/video).
  • Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned.
